Timber Merchants Who Deliver in Kent

When planning a construction, renovation, or landscaping project across Kent, finding a reliable local supplier who can bring heavy, high-quality timber straight to your site is essential. Moving bulky sheet materials, lengthy joists, or heavy fencing posts yourself takes time and effort that could be far better spent on the job at hand.

At HSW Timber, we have built our reputation over decades as trusted timber merchants supplying both commercial trade professionals and domestic DIY enthusiasts throughout Kent and South East London.

Operating from our two conveniently located trade yards, The School Warehouse in Chislehurst and The Timber Yard in Brasted, we provide comprehensive timber supplies backed by efficient, friendly delivery straight to your doorstep or site.

Guaranteed Delivery Destinations Across Kent

Our dedicated fleet regularly runs site-direct deliveries across our core local operational areas. If your project is located in any of the following towns and surrounding villages, HSW Timber can definitely deliver directly to you:

• Orpington & Petts Wood

• Chislehurst & Sidcup

• Bromley & Swanley

• Brasted, Westerham & Sevenoaks

• Edenbridge & Biggin Hill

• Knockholt

Whether you need a single bulk order of C24 structural joists for a house extension in Sevenoaks, fence panels and posts for a garden refresh in Orpington, or sheets of OSB/3 for a project in Chislehurst, our team makes getting your supplies effortless.

Delivering Outside Our Core Areas

Do you have a job further afield in Kent? While the towns listed above make up our primary delivery routes, we regularly assist customers based in surrounding areas across the county.

If your job site is outside our core delivery list, simply get in touch with our team in advance. We always do our utmost to accommodate projects across wider Kent, subject to logistics and schedule availability. Contacting our Chislehurst or Brasted yards directly allows us to review your location, check vehicle routing, and confirm if we can arrange delivery to your specific address.

How Our Delivery Rates & Schedules Work

To keep our prices fair and competitive for all customers, delivery charges are calculated based on two clear factors: order quantity and distance from our yards.

• Calculated Pricing: Smaller local orders or large bulk trade orders receive tailored delivery rates to ensure you get maximum value without paying unnecessary blanket fees.

• Planning Ahead: Because our delivery slots are popular among local builders, land managers, and homeowners, availability can be limited during peak building and landscaping seasons. We strongly encourage customers to place orders with as much notice as possible to secure your preferred delivery day and avoid project delays.
